Founding
The chapter was accepted. The advisor can add students and enter events. The school may appear on the public map. Founding is the honest first status, not a lesser brand.
Established
Used when recorded work meets the published bar. Administrators change it. A chapter cannot click a button and award itself the word.
Flagship-Eligible
A later status after the chapter meets a higher published bar. Until leadership publishes that bar in full, this page will not invent extra perks or a secret score.
