Who this path is for
The student who will lead the MediLink chapter at a real high school. After MediLink accepts the school, that student can send their teacher an advisor account so both people can watch the same portal.
This is high school only. There is no middle-school chapter and no college chapter. If the school is not ready to meet, compete, and keep a roster, wait. A paused idea is better than a ghost listing.
What happens after you submit
You choose a password on the form and receive a login. That login does not unlock chapter tools until MediLink accepts the request. Until then, the account is a pending chapter, not a live chapter.
Accept is a board decision. After accept, the school can appear on the public map, the chapter lead can invite students and a teacher advisor, and the first meeting can use the shared syllabus.
What you will need on the form
School name, city, state, the student chapter lead name and email, and the password you want for the advisor portal. Use the school name as it appears on official records. Do not invent a second campus to look larger.
The long form lives on its own page so the chapter lead can fill it without hunting through Get Involved.
