How someone is considered
Once every two full competition years, after that cycle's Nationals, MediLink announces individual invitees. Selection uses a confidential individual performance metric plus up to two chapter nominations per chapter.
A nomination is consideration, not an automatic invite. The metric is not shown on this site or in the student portal. A four-person Legacy group can produce one invitee while the other three do not.
How you get there
You compete through a chapter first. There is no public self-nomination form that skips the school. Invitee names appear here only after administrators finalize the list.
