Owns the financial lens inside the chapter — budgets, Track 3 labs, and finance workshops.
Owns the technology lens — Track 2 content and the chapter’s digital projects.

Once a chapter is Founding — chartered, officers in place — it receives a unique QR code. That code is how students land on the right roster, not a generic sign-up.

Status is earned by what the chapter has actually done — not by a label we put on the website in advance.
Chartered, has officers, and is running meetings.
Has run at least one internal event or case challenge, and has 10+ active members.
Has participated in a regional competition and may send teams to Nationals.
Chapters that have gone inactive — no officers, no meetings, or lapsed membership — can be reactivated rather than started from scratch. Reactivation preserves the chapter’s history and name. What you need is new student leadership ready to step up.
